Repair Care Bio Flex Allround, the first certified epoxy wood repair paste with 40% bio based raw materials for all types of repairs, all year round. Ideal for the permanent repair of all types of wood rot and damage throughout the year, including window frames, doors, stairs and furniture. Also applicable to materials other than wood, such as masonry, plaster, concrete, metal. Suitable for external and internal applications. Contains 40% bio based raw materials. •‘OK BIOBASED’ certified by TÜV Austria; 1 star. •Can be sanded and painted over after 12 hours * •Easy to use. •Permanent repairs: permanent recovery (no temporary solution). •The repair paste behaves like wood: the product can be re-worked and painted in the same way and moves with the wood. •Also applicable to materials other than wood, such as masonry, plaster, concrete, metal. * This is an indication for a repair with a layer thickness of 1 cm at 20 º C. The curing may differ due to fluctuations in temperature, layer thickness and humidity, among other things. How to use; Step 1 Remove all decayed wood and pre-treat with DRY FIX® UNI. Step 2 Dispense BIO FLEX™ ALLROUND on to the mixing plate with the EASY•Q™ dosing gun (with the tab in the rear position). Step 3 Mix components A and B with the EASY•Q™ application knives until a homogeneous colour is reached. Step 4 Spread the mixed BIO FLEX™ ALLROUND in a thin layer over the mixing plate (to extend the application period). Step 5 Apply BIO FLEX™ ALLROUND and immediately remove excess product. Step 6 When cured, sand the surface lightly before applying a paint or stain.
